You’ll be part of a specialist A&H division within a respected Lloyd’s Broker, handling a broad portfolio of risks across the UK, Europe, and international markets. Clients range from multinational corporations to affinity groups, with coverage spanning Personal Accident, Business Travel, Sports & Entertainment, and high-risk occupations. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on technical broking, market negotiations, and delivering innovative solutions.

• Manage new and renewal placements, structuring tailored A&H solutions for corporate and specialty clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers, leveraging market knowledge to secure the best terms.
• Advise clients on coverage, market trends, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support client retention and new business growth through outstanding service and strategic insights.
• Ensure all placements comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

• Prepare and present market submissions with clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing with underwriters across Lloyd’s and international markets.
• Review and refine policy wordings to ensure coverage meets client needs.
• Work closely with internal teams, including claims and analytics, to provide a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed on industry developments and emerging risks to enhance client offerings.
