About the Role
Our client, a leading specialist in Trade Credit Insurance, is seeking a
Senior Business Information Analyst to support sales strategy, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide valuable financial insights.
This role will work closely with sales, finance, and senior management to drive data-led decision-making and optimise business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and data analysis to support prospect meetings and client engagements.
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies and the development of compelling sales materials.
- Conduct financial and risk assessments for mid-market clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain and manage data sources to effectively track sales performance.
- Support Account Managers in managing and strengthening strategic partnerships.
- Analyse customer churn trends and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Assist with commission calculations and overdue debt reporting.
- Contribute to product development and the enhancement of new business offerings.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) credit risk analysis.
- CICM qualification (preferred).
