A young and growing Reinsurance Broker is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Risk & Compliance.
This role offers the chance to work closely with the Risk & Compliance Team, providing essential support to the global Broking Teams and Corporate Functions, and acting as a business advisor and enabler.

Role Responsibilities:
- Advising Broking Teams, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders on Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the drafting of Transfer of Business Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and other related contractual or insurance documents.
- Handling licensing requirement queries to ensure business compliance with applicable regulatory regimes.
- Updating internal Compliance records, databases, and systems.
- Managing financial crime tasks and horizon scanning.
- Responding to intermediary questionnaires from third parties regarding their onboarding requirements.
- Staying updated with regulatory developments and communications.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of Risk & Compliance frameworks within the Group.
Candidate Requirements:
- Compliance experience within the insurance sector.
- Good working knowledge of current and future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting business and organisation.
- Experience in the re(insurance) broking sector, including Lloyd's of London, is preferred.
- Legal experience is an advantage.
