My client, a global Insurer is looking to hire into their customer service team in Watford. This is a great role for a professional with a background within customer care in either the Insurance or Finance industry. 

Objectives:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries at first contact.
  • Deliver high-quality support via phone and email.
  • Promote a strong customer service culture within the team.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in company systems.
  • Meet service level agreements for client queries and renewals.
  • Contribute to team objectives and overall department success.

Profile:

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Awareness of the current economic climate.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
