My client, a global Insurer is looking to hire into their customer service team in Watford. This is a great role for a professional with a background within customer care in either the Insurance or Finance industry.
Objectives:
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries at first contact.
- Deliver high-quality support via phone and email.
- Promote a strong customer service culture within the team.
- Ensure accurate data entry in company systems.
- Meet service level agreements for client queries and renewals.
- Contribute to team objectives and overall department success.
Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Awareness of the current economic climate.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
