New Business Development – Account Executive Role Overview

Seeking a proactive and experienced Account Executive for a dynamic New Business Development role, based in West Sussex. This role is heavily focused on networking, relationship-building, and establishing a strong presence in the local market.

Identifying new opportunities, targeting corporate and commercial clients and driving business growth. Additionally, you will manage a small existing book of commercial business, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development – Proactively networking and building relationships to grow a client portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts.
  • Marketing & Strategy – Developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert new clients.
  • Portfolio Growth – Focusing on larger clients (£2,500+ income) to drive business expansion.
  • Account Management – Overseeing an existing commercial book
  • End-to-End Sales Process – Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients.
