Quality Assurance Analyst - London/ Hybrid
A leading global insurance organisation is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support its business change initiatives by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery across various projects.
This role will involve providing quality assurance expertise throughout the lifecycle of projects and programmes, including the design, development, and implementation of new or enhanced services, tools, technologies, standards, and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver manual and automated testing across front-end and back-end systems
- Apply QA practices within Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Set up and manage testing processes using Azure DevOps
- Identify, report, and manage defects to resolution
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a QA role within the insurance sector, ideally with exposure to the Lloyd’s and London Market, broking, or underwriting environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of QA tools, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test planning and execution
- Relevant QA certifications (e.g. ISTQB, CSTE, BCS)
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are advantageous
