I am currently partnered with a Lloyd’s broker in the market in search of an experienced Senior Marine Account Handler to join their team.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own portfolio of accounts, producing insurance documentation, calculating premiums, and processing entries on their in-house broking system. You'll also be working closely with underwriters, and clients to resolve any processing problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum expectations of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workflow and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Experience with Xchanging and bureau submissions
