We are seeking an experienced International Casualty Broker to join a dynamic and growing team. The role involves placing and managing complex global casualty programmes for multinational clients, including general liability, employers’ liability, and product liability exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute international casualty insurance solutions.
Place and service large, complex risks across multiple industry sectors.
Liaise with clients, underwriters, and global network partners to deliver tailored risk transfer strategies.
Manage programmes with exposure to a wide range of territories, including North America, APAC, and EMEA.
Lead renewals and new business placements, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
Maintain strong market relationships and stay up to date with casualty trends and regulatory changes.
Produce clear placement documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in casualty insurance, preferably with international exposures.
Strong technical knowledge of casualty risks and policy structures.
Proven broking skills, with experience handling large corporate or complex accounts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
ACII or progress toward professional qualifications preferred.
