Job Title: Power BI Developer
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Benefits
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to the office for onboarding, training, and company meetings)

We are currently seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join a forward-thinking team within the insurance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong reporting and analytical skills to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Translate business needs into actionable data visualisations
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
Support decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting
Proven experience with Power BI development and data visualisation
Essential domain knowledge: London Market, Lloyd’s, Commercial, Specialty, or Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA)
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while attending in-person meetings/training when required
