Business Analyst to support critical integration and transformation initiatives following a series of strategic acquisitions.
This is a high-impact role focused on bridging business strategy and change delivery across key operational functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector
- Deep understanding of the insurance value chain (underwriting, claims, reinsurance, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Skilled in business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and documentation best practices
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and Visio
