Our client, a Lloyd's Managing Agency, have a new opening for a Claims Adjuster within their Property and Construction team. In this role, you will be handling complex claims, in a lead and agreement party capacity, mentoring junior members of the claims team, as well as building and developing relationships with key clients.
Applicants will require previous experience of handling Property and/or Construction claims, either within a Lloyd's Syndicate, Insurer or Lloyd's Broker environment. Duties and Responsibilities
Handling Property and Construction claims worldwide, in accordance with the claims handling guidelines.
Appointing and managing third party service providers, external legal advisors and other experts.
Work closely with clients and brokers and to develop strong working relationships.
Liaise with underwriters on wording/policy issues, provide claims info and attend client meetings as appropriate.
