Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead the firm’s Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance offering.
Develop and execute a business plan focused on sustainable P&C growth.
Cultivate and maintain strong broker relationships across the London and European markets.
Liaise closely with underwriting panels and insurance carriers to drive market engagement.
Collaborate with the European teams to support cross-border opportunities and placements.
Identify new opportunities and emerging risks within the UK and European P&C space.
Provide mentorship and support to junior brokers or team members as the division expands.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in the London Market with strong broker and insurer relationships.
Technical expertise in Property & Casualty insurance.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and growth.
Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach.
Experience consulting with underwriting panels and supporting strategic insurer partnerships.
Comfortable in a leadership role and ready to build and manage a book of business.
