Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various sectors.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
Conduct fact-finding meetings and risk assessments to understand client requirements.
Present and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on client needs.
Work closely with Account Handlers to prepare renewal documents, mid-term adjustments, and other policy administration.
Negotiate terms with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive and appropriate cover.
Provide a high level of service to clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance markets, products, and regulations.
Ensure all work complies with FCA guidelines and company procedures.
Support company growth objectives by meeting individual and team targets.
