Business Development Manager – Life & Health Protection (Fully Remote)
Salary: c.£55,000 base + Car allowance + On-target 25% bonus potential

In this role, you’ll:
- Build and grow relationships with advisers, paraplanners, and partners.
- Represent the business at meetings, events, and presentations (virtual & in-person).
- Drive new and incremental premium income through outbound activity and client meetings.
- Collaborate across sales, risk, and compliance teams to strengthen customer experience and brand reputation.
- Use your market knowledge to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
We’re looking for someone with proven business development experience in protection, a confident communicator who can deliver engaging presentations, and the drive to achieve results.
