An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Oversight Manager, on a fixed term contract basis. Responsibilities will include supervising and guiding members, enhancing member performance and elevating Claims' status in the Lloyd’s market by ensuring alignment with Lloyd’s Claims Principles and driving claims' contribution to overall performance.
The successful applicant will have a proven background in stakeholder management at mid/senior level and a sound knowledge of the Lloyd's claims market. Experience within a claims environment, within a conduct or delegated authority function, at an operational or technical level would be advantageous. This will be a hybrid role.
