Data & MI Analyst – 6 Month FTC

We are seeking a Data & MI Analyst (6-month FTC) to deliver high-quality data analysis and management information that supports strategic decision-making and performance oversight. This role will focus on producing insightful analytics, highlighting market and business trends, and providing data-driven input for internal and external presentations.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the preparation of clear, accurate MI and reports for senior stakeholders

• Extract, manipulate, and analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Create dashboards and visualisations that support decision-making

• Produce reporting packs at market, syndicate, and class levels, working closely with analytics teams

• Provide data-driven insights for communications, presentations, and regulatory materials

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and tools

What you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Business Objects)

• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail

• Experience producing MI, reporting packs, and dashboards in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of performance drivers, insurance P&L, and portfolio management

• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
