Join a leading Lloyd's market Underwriting Operations & Governance team and help drive operational excellence, process improvement, and performance oversight across the market.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver and optimise syndicate performance oversight processes (business planning, QBR, PIP).
Lead risk, control, and governance projects.
Produce insights and reports to support senior decision-making.
Collaborate across Market and Corporation teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to influence and communicate at senior levels.
Experience driving process or culture change in a complex, regulated environment.
Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
IT literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
