Our Chelmsford based client have a new opening for a Liability Claims Handler, on a 15 month fixed term contract basis. Responsibilities will include handling a mix of Employers Liability and Public Liability claims from first notification through to final settlement. Other responsibilities will include appointing your own panel professionals as needed, within own authority, referring if necessary.
Applicants should have prior Liability (EL/PL) claims handling experience. This will be a hybrid role.
