The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining a specialist insurer renowned for its technical expertise, stability, and ambitious growth plans. The role offers a broad appetite across Professional Indemnity, with autonomy to write across a wide range of professions rather than being pigeonholed into a single niche.

This position is ideal for someone who is:

Experienced with PI underwriting
Keen to develop broker relationships and actively win business
Ready to grow towards higher authority levels
Looking for a step into the composite market from an MGA or simply seeking greater progression and backing

What You’ll Be Doing
- Underwriting new risks, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Managing broker relationships — plenty of opportunity for meetings and development
- Monitoring broker performance and contributing to training and knowledge sharing
- Taking ownership of portfolio oversight where needed

What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of PI underwriting experience (composite or MGA)
- Strong technical underwriting and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys broker engagement
- Organised, ambitious, and commercially minded
- CII qualifications are welcomed but not essential
