The Role
We are looking for an experienced COO to join our leadership team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for an operator who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive operational excellence across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

• Support business growth initiatives and implement process improvements.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to maintain our ethos of exceptional client care.

• Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational governance across all teams.

Requirements

• Proven COO or senior operations experience, ideally within insurance software, broking, or financial services.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service.

• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
