An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing insurance technology business as a Client Success & Growth Marketing Executive.
This hybrid role combines customer success (75%) with growth marketing (25%), offering great exposure to both client relationship management and commercial development within the insurtech space.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success (Approx. 75%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Attend client meetings, capture key actions, and ensure timely delivery of follow-ups.
Monitor client usage and engagement post-implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Gather and share client feedback to help shape product and service enhancements.
Maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems.
Support customer events such as user groups, workshops, and training sessions.
Contribute to community building by connecting clients and sharing insights.
Help deliver onboarding and training for new customers.
Meet and exceed retention and upsell goals, contributing to team growth targets.
Growth Marketing (Approx. 25%)
Assist with building and maintaining high-quality lead lists using CRM and digital tools.
Help manage marketing data and support campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
Track engagement metrics and provide insights to support sales follow-up.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align lead generation and customer engagement.
Conduct light market and account research to support personalised outreach.
2+ years’ experience in a customer success, account management, or marketing role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Experience in or knowledge of the insurance or insurtech sector is an advantage.
Working towards or interested in London Market qualifications (e.g., LM1) is desirable.
Exposure to both client success and marketing functions within a growing tech-led business.
