Position: Aviation Assistant Underwriter
Salary: £50,000 + package
Location: City of London
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aviation professional to join a leading and award-winning firm experiencing continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with underwriting specialised aviation risks in line with the company’s underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and profitability targets.
- Support on strategic plans to grow and enhance the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with London Market and Lloyd’s brokers, as well as internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Assist in representing the company at key industry events and within market forums to raise brand profile and identify new business opportunities.
