I’m partnering with a highly respected brokerage that delivers innovative insurance placements and risk management services across the real estate and construction sectors. Their Real Estate division supports an extensive client portfolio, including main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, residential and commercial developers, asset managers and property owners across the UK and internationally.
They are now looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Account Executive to join their growing team.
The RoleAs a Real Estate Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of high-value real estate clients, providing expert advice across complex insurance programmes. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the continued growth of the Real Estate practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of real estate owners, funds, managing agents and property-focused clients.
Lead the delivery of tailored insurance programmes and risk management solutions.
Advise clients on coverage, programme structures and market developments.
Oversee renewals, negotiations and placement strategy.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts.
Collaborate closely with the Real Estate team to ensure service excellence.
Significant experience within Real Estate insurance, ideally gained within a brokerage environment.
Strong technical understanding of insurance programmes for real estate owners, funds and managing agents.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident managing complex commercial clients within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
