Life Underwriter (Fully Remote)
Are you an experienced Life Underwriter looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, prestigious composite insurer recognised for its commitment to excellence.
Location: UK, Remote
Salary: circa £55,000 + bonus and exceptional benefits
In this position, you’ll be underwriting life and protection cases in line with a clear underwriting philosophy, making fair and timely decisions while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do. You’ll play an active role in improving how things are done, spotting what’s getting in the way of great service and helping to fix it.
We’re looking for someone with solid UK life/protection underwriting experience (3 years +) and strong technical skills across protection products. You’ll be comfortable analysing information, solving problems, and explaining your decisions clearly. If you’ve had experience dealing with stakeholders across the business, that’s a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is that you care about doing the right thing for customers and enjoy working collaboratively.
