A leading Lloyd’s brokerage is seeking a proactive Marine Broker Support professional to join their Hull & War team within the International division. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced brokers and underwriters while supporting the placement and servicing of key global Marine clients.
Key Responsibilities:Assist brokers in the preparation and production of slips, endorsements, and related Market documentation.
Support the full broking process from initial submission through to quoting, placement, and post-bind servicing.
Work closely with Lloyd’s and company Market underwriters, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth flow of information.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including technical teams and account handlers, to maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
Handle general administrative duties to support the Hull & War team’s ongoing client and Market activity.
Maintain strong awareness of Marine Market developments and contribute to efficient team operations.
Previous experience in Marine insurance ideally Hull, War, or broader Marine lines is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market processes.
Excellent attention to detail and confident handling of technical documentation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with brokers, underwriters, and clients.
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
