This role sits within a dedicated team that specialises in clients with fire-safety–related exposures, particularly within the Protection and Detection (PaD) sector. You will play a key role in the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance requirements, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the team’s specialist sector
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, underwriters, and business development teams
Provide proactive and professional service throughout the policy cycle
Handle enquiries, renewals, quotations, invoicing, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs)
Respond to client queries promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate documentation and organised file management
What We’re Looking For
Insurance experience, ideally within commercial package business
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Good IT skills; Acturis experience is a plus
Strong organisational ability and time management
Collaborative team player
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in solving problems
