This role sits within a dedicated team specialising in clients with fire safety–related exposures, particularly within the Protection and Detection (PaD) sector. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance requirements, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for each client.

• Develop a strong understanding of the department’s specialist sector.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial clients, internal colleagues, underwriters, and business development teams.

• Provide proactive, timely, and professional service throughout the policy cycle.

• Handle enquiries, renewals, quotations, invoicing, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs).

• Respond to client queries and ensure their needs are managed efficiently during the policy period.

• Maintain accurate documentation and an organised filing system.

• Experience within the insurance industry, ideally in commercial package business.

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.

• Solid IT proficiency and familiarity with multiple systems; experience with Acturis is desirable.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
