A leading Lloyd’s Market Specialist Insurer is seeking a Market Performance Data & MI Senior Analyst to deliver high-impact insight and management information that supports senior leadership decision-making across a complex market environment.
This is a high-profile role focused on owning end-to-end MI, producing sophisticated analytics, and translating market, syndicate and class-level performance data into clear, actionable insight.
What you’ll doOwn the end-to-end MI process, from data extraction to insight and visualisation
Produce high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
Deliver market, syndicate and class-level performance analysis and recommendations
Design impactful MI, dashboards and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Provide data-driven insight for internal and external communications and presentations
Drive continuous improvement across MI, reporting and analytics processes
Strong understanding of the Lloyd’s and wider (re)insurance market
Experience producing MI and analytics for senior stakeholders
Proven ability to analyse market, syndicate or class-level performance data
High data literacy with BI tools such as Business Objects and Qlik Sense
A collaborative mindset with high professional standards
