Commercial Insurance Consultant – Construction Sector
Location: Bedford (Office-based initially)

A successful and growing insurance brokerage operating within the commercial construction market is expanding its sales team and looking to appoint several Commercial Insurance Consultants.

This is a structured telesales environment with strong internal lead generation, excellent client retention, and clear long-term earning and progression opportunities.

The Role
  • Converting warm and self-generated leads into new commercial insurance business

  • Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven telesales environment

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close

  • Building strong client relationships to support long-term retention

  • Maintaining accurate records and demonstrating strong attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven background in sales (telesales experience preferred)

  • Comfortable in a high-volume calling environment (80+ calls per day)

  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Insurance experience is not essential; full training provided

Training & Development
  • Comprehensive in-house training programme

  • Support to achieve professional insurance qualifications

  • Clear pathway for progression within the business

Package
  • Competitive basic salary, dependent on experience

  • Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
