Location: Bedford (Office-based initially)
A successful and growing insurance brokerage operating within the commercial construction market is expanding its sales team and looking to appoint several Commercial Insurance Consultants.
This is a structured telesales environment with strong internal lead generation, excellent client retention, and clear long-term earning and progression opportunities.
The RoleConverting warm and self-generated leads into new commercial insurance business
Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven telesales environment
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
Building strong client relationships to support long-term retention
Maintaining accurate records and demonstrating strong attention to detail
Proven background in sales (telesales experience preferred)
Comfortable in a high-volume calling environment (80+ calls per day)
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
Strong organisation and time management skills
Insurance experience is not essential; full training provided
Comprehensive in-house training programme
Support to achieve professional insurance qualifications
Clear pathway for progression within the business
Competitive basic salary, dependent on experience
Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
