Project Coordinator – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of finance change initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring delivery remains on time and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, and governance activities
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Coordinate meetings, actions, and stakeholder communications
Support issue resolution and ensure smooth handover into business-as-usual (BAU)
Experience & Skills
Several years’ experience supporting change or transformation projects
Good understanding of the project lifecycle and governance frameworks
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience within Insurance or Financial Services
Willing to work from the London office three days per week
