The RoleDevelop and grow a profitable Marine book of business, focusing on long-term client relationships
Handle a broad range of Marine risks (Cargo, Hull, Liability and related covers, depending on experience)
Work closely with senior leadership and market-facing colleagues on placement strategy and insurer engagement
Leverage existing relationships while being supported to generate new business
Play an active role in shaping the firm’s marine offering and market presence
Proven experience as a Marine Producer within the London Market
Strong relationships with insurers and/or clients within the marine space
Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a sustainable book
Comfortable operating in a smaller, close-knit brokerage environment
Values collaboration, autonomy and quality of service
