A leading insurance brokerage in the City of London is looking to appoint a Financial Lines Broker to join its established and growing LATAM-focused team.

This role will suit an experienced Financial Lines professional with a strong interest in Latin American risks, who enjoys working across jurisdictions and time zones, and partnering closely with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored broking solutions for complex, international accounts.

• Placement and servicing of Financial Lines business for LATAM clients, including D&O, PI, FI, Crime and Cyber (depending on experience)

• Managing a portfolio of LATAM-based and international clients, ranging from mid/large corporate risks

• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries across multiple territories

• Preparing high-quality market submissions and negotiating terms with London market insurers and, where relevant, international markets

• Working closely with producers, account executives and claims teams to ensure seamless client delivery

• Developing and maintaining strong insurer relationships, particularly with underwriters active in LATAM Financial Lines

• Ensuring all business is handled in line with FCA requirements and internal compliance procedures

• Proven experience broking Financial Lines risks in the London market, ideally with exposure to international or LATAM business

• Strong technical understanding of core Financial Lines products

• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with international clients, brokers and insurers

• Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities across time zones

• Commercially minded and collaborative, with a team-focused approach

• ACII qualified or working towards (desirable, not essential)
