A London based Lloyd’s broker is recruiting for a Management Accountant on a 14-month fixed term contract basis to cover a maternity leave.
Reporting to the Finance Controller the successful candidate will have responsibility for the preparation of management financial accounts, budgets and financial information.
This will include cash flow reports, budgets and financial forecasts, payroll journals, the preparation and completion of Statutory/Regulatory matters including client money calculations and RMARs, supporting month-end and year-end close processes to agreed timetables, preparation and submission of VAT Returns, Corporation tax returns and computations, and authorising payments on online banking systems.
Applicants must have previous management accounting experience gained within the Insurance Broking sector and have a sound understanding of FCA Client Money rules.
