A large, well-established London Market broker is seeking an experienced Senior LATAM Property Broker to join its City-based International Property team. This is a senior market facing role within a highly regarded platform, offering strong market access and an established client network across Latin America.

You will play a key role in leading placements, managing insurer relationships, and driving growth across a portfolio of complex Property risks throughout the LATAM region.

Working closely with Producers, Clients, and Market counterparts, you will be responsible for the placement and servicing of large and complex Property programmes across Latin America, with a focus on delivering technical excellence and strategic advice.

• Leading the placement of LATAM Property risks into Lloyd’s and Company markets

• Structuring and negotiating complex Property programmes

• Managing and developing relationships with key LATAM clients and trading partners

• Driving new business development across the region

• Providing strategic input on programme design, wording, and coverage enhancements

• Overseeing renewals, mid-term amendments, and large loss negotiations where required

• Collaborating with technical and support teams to ensure accurate documentation and contract certainty

• Maintaining strong relationships with underwriters and leveraging market insight to benefit clients

• Significant experience broking International / LATAM Property business within the London Market

• Strong understanding of complex Property placements and programme structures

• Established insurer relationships across Lloyd’s and Company markets

• Proven ability to manage and grow LATAM client portfolios

• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills

• Fluent Spanish required (Portuguese advantageous)

• Strong leadership and mentoring capability
