A Lloyd's Syndicate have a new opportunity for a Reinsurance Technician on a nine month fixed term contract. Duties will include handling all aspect of reinsurance recoveries for the Lloyd's Syndicate, as well as other related tasks within the wider outwards reinsurance function.
Applicants should have prior reinsurance experience and ideally be available to start at short notice. This will be a hybris role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reinsurance recoveries for Excess of Loss, Proportional Treaty and Facultative accounts.
Calculate, issue and monitor reinsurance collection notes as per contract terms and conditions.
Handle Premium Adjustments, Profit Commission & NCB calculations.
Manage collection and payment of recoveries and premium, and manage Aged Debt.
Produce Risk and Claim bordereaux to support reinsurance accounts.
Cover note administration, including the recording of reinsurance information into in-house systems.
