Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the team’s specialist sector
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, underwriters, and business development teams
- Provide proactive and professional service throughout the policy cycle
- Handle enquiries, renewals, quotations, invoicing, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs)
- Respond to client queries promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and organised file management
What We’re Looking For
- Insurance experience, ideally within commercial package business
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills; Acturis experience is a plus
- Strong organisational ability and time management
- Collaborative team player
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in solving problems
