Our client, a Lloyd's Managing Agency, have a new opening for a Claims Manager within their Financial Lines claims team.
You will be responsible for adjusting a portfolio of Professional Lines claims to include PI, FI, D&O and E&O claims. Other duties will include instructing and managing experts (i.e. Lawyers, Counsel, Experts, etc) as required. You will also assist with the co-ordination of and carrying out of TPA audits when necessary. There will be some management duties and previous management experience would be advantageous.
Applicants should have prior complex Financial Lines claims handling experience on both Company and Lloyd’s platforms. Proficiency with ECF and a track record of managing TPAs would be useful.
