I am currently partnering with a market-leading MGA to find a detail-oriented Policy Administrator to join their high-performing team in Witham. This is a fantastic opportunity to move away from high-volume retail and get closer to technical underwriting support:
The Firm: A prestigious, leading MGA known for technical excellence.
The Balance: Hybrid working (2 days in Witham).
The Impact: You’ll be the backbone of the policy lifecycle, handling renewals, MTAs, and high level documentation.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 1+ years of experience within the insurance industry (Broker or Insurer).
Precision: Someone who thrives on accuracy and data integrity.
Location: Comfortable commuting to Essex twice a week.
