An established and growing international insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced senior insurance professional to support the next phase of growth within its Cyprus operation.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong commercial insurance background who can combine exceptional client relationship management skills with a proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior decision-makers, including business owners, CFOs, risk managers and regulated entities.
• Identify opportunities to expand insurance programmes and introduce additional risk management solutions.
• Build and develop new client relationships across Cyprus and wider European markets.
• Collaborate with UK and international colleagues to deliver multinational insurance programmes.
• Support clients with complex insurance placements, including Cyber, Financial Lines, Professional Indemnity, Property, Liability and Directors' & Officers' insurance, as well as other specialist lines where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the business within regulated sectors and professional services markets.

About You

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• Significant experience in commercial insurance broking, underwriting or client advisory roles.
• Strong relationships within the Cyprus business community.
• Experience working with corporate and mid-market clients.
• Knowledge of regulated financial institutions and professional services sectors.
• A strong understanding of cyber, liability and financial lines insurance products.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition and client retention.
• A consultative and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
