Our client, a Lloyd's Syndicate, have a new opening for a Claims Operations Analyst. Duties will include supporting the day-to-day running of the claims operations function, helping to maintain accurate claims data, complete operational processes, support reporting requirements, and ensure claims activity is managed efficiently.
This role would suit someone looking to deepen their claims operations expertise within a specialist insurance environment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to claims systems, Lloyd’s and regulatory reporting, audit support, operational controls and cross-functional stakeholder management.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in claims operations, claims handling or insurance operations. A good understanding of claims processes, ideally within the Lloyd’s, London Market or specialty insurance environment will be useful. Awareness of Lloyd’s, regulatory, audit and reporting requirements relevant to claims operations would also be desirable. ???????
