This is a fantastic progressive opportunity within a leading London Market insurer for Professional Indemnity Underwriter to manage an international diverse portfolio. The role will be responsible for underwriting a broad range of moderate and complex risks in a book of business covering primary and excess.
The Underwriter is a key member of the small underwriting team, with a level of authority to make underwriting decisions and contribute thinking and output to operational delivery of the strategy. The individual will take responsibility for maintaining and building new business to profitably grow and minimise loss exposure.
This would also be a good step up for PI Assistant Underwriter or individuals from the broking sector wanting to progress as an underwriter.
