A market leading Underwriting business is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner.
Joining this specialist insurance company you will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business. Reporting to the Lead Business Partner this role will be primarily responsible for servicing one or more specific underwriting departments through a dedicated business partnering offering. The role will also involve partnering other areas of the business where there are direct impacts on the overall Finance function. By building and maintaining relationships and working with the business to find out what finance assistance will help them achieve their commercial and operational aims (aligned to Strategic Initiatives), this role will create value by providing specialist data led insight and influencing counterparts to make better decisions.
Suitable applicants will be qualified accountants with at least 5+ years Finance Business Partnering experience gained within the insurance sector, preferably the Lloyd’s market, and have experience of business partnering within complex insurance organisations and knowledge of accounting policies adopted.
