A specialty, London market MGA is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful applicant will support with all month end and year end processes for several entities reporting on the financial performance of the MGA.
Specific responsibilities will focus round production of quarterly regulatory returns, quarterly international branch financials, management of multi-currency ledgers, production of data for the Group VAT return, ad hoc reporting work as requested by the wider finance function and supporting on various finance projects.
Applicants must be qualified accountants with at least two years PQE, ideally having audited insurance companies or worked directly for an insurance business, have strong all round experience of month end processes and reporting, have commercial experience of working within a multi-currency environment and possess strong excel skills.
