A London based insurance business is recruiting for an Accounts Payable & Treasury Assistant to join its expanding finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful applicant will ensure that payments are paid on time and that accurate treasury management information is provided to the business, work with the claims and finance teams to ensure claims payments are processed effectively and recovered on a timely basis when required and liaise with the finance team to ensure that cash payments are correctly allocated and cash reporting is timely and accurate.

Payments will cover expense reimbursements, supplier invoices, foreign currency sales, claim payments and inter account transfers.

Applicants must have at least 4 years relevant accounts payable, cash management and reconciliation experience, possess strong MS Excel skills and be comfortable liaising confidently with a variety of senior stakeholders.
